Bruce and the team at Peak surpassed my expectations and delivered more than just a service, but also peace of mind. It was clear to me after meeting with Bruce and my communications with the team at Peak that these were genuine and knowledgeable professionals and i could just tell that i was in good hands. Bruce worked with me to come up with a plan for my entire exterior and had an answer for every question, and i asked a lot. Bruce even took phones calls or called me back asap for any quick questions i had thought about in between our meetings. The team at Peak was very communicative and updated me every step of the process. So far I've had my roof done and as expected they did a great job. Upon completion I was asked if I had any questions, but I didn't have any left. It looks great, they did what they said they were going to do, and i got the warranty in my email, what more could i ask. I still have the rest of my exterior scheduled later, but i have no doubts Peak will exceed my expectations again. Carried over to the friendly and helpful Tina with scheduling and all the administrative tasks for the Trim and Roof. Ronnie and the Trim team arrived promptly each day and did an incredible job with rebuild of bay window, wrap, and trim all around. Two days later Jason and team arrived on scene to bring it all home like the Pros they are for a beautiful roof replacement. Got right to it, efficient and thorough the entire day. Then we closed out again with Tina and warranty information with one final handoff to Nicole to ensure I received all rebates and paperwork necessary to close out. Peak Roofing did an amazing job restoring our home! Unfortunately, we had a power washing contractor use improper technique when he was cleaning our siding. He mixed the wrong chemicals and used high pressure which heavily damaged all of our vinyl siding. The end result was needing to replace all of our siding - which was only 8 years old! We had used Peak for repairs on our previous home. We knew they did great work and decided to give them a call. Bruce Jones came out the next day. Instead of doing a quick drive-by estimate, he spent hours with us. He jumped right in and got his hands dirty -- trying several different ways to restore the damaged siding. We talked through several different ideas, but we ultimately decided it was best to replace everything. There was no high-pressure sales. Bruce presented us with a few different options, answered all of our questions and gave us time to think through everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable and left us feeling like our house was in good hands. After we signed the contract, the office staff was terrific. They kept us informed on the order status and got us on the schedule right away. The supply company showed up right on time. The driver was great. He easily placed two very large pallets in our garage for safekeeping. The day that the work started, our job site supervisor, Donnie showed up early, ahead of the crews. He introduced himself, checked in all of the supplies, and walked us through everything that would be taking place. He was very friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions along the way. He made sure that the crews were protecting all of our landscaping and all of the undamaged sections of the home. Little details that mattered: The crews used padded ladders against the gutters, foam padding between the ladders and metal roof and ground cover to protect the grass and mulch. Donnie made sure I always knew what was happening and addressed any concerns I had right away. I noticed lots of attention to detail. The workers looked happy, were laughing and smiling and definitely took pride in the work. For a homeowner who's house was just damaged by another contractor, this was exactly what we needed to see. The end result is amazing. Our house looks completely restored...actually better than it was - at a very fair and reasonable price. We contacted Peak Roofing, based on a suggestion from a neighbor. Bruce came highly recommended and he came out to look at my parents home, primarily their rain gutters and determine whether they needed replacement. He arrived early, did an extremely detailed review, treated my mother with the utmost respect and provided a very comprehensive report based on his inspection. He also called me to discuss his findings as well. My mother was so impressed, which takes a lot, and so was I. I cannot thank Bruce and Peak Roofing for their professionalism and fairness because there are so many other vendors that are only concerned with the money and not the communication and customer service. I highly recommend Bruce and team and have already shared my thoughts with other friends looking for roofing proposals. Thank you again. 5 stars!

Peaks Roofing from initial contact to final completion of the roof and gutters reset with leaf filters. Each team was professional, respectful of property and got the job done before expected especially with rain coming. Overall, value for removal of old wood and roof from original 50 year old roof to adding new wood then new roofing covering before new metal roof with vent cap added. The next team put new metal side coverings and gutters reset with new leaf guards. Each team cleaned and used big magnet to remove metal off ground. For the cost it was close to being comparable to others though some higher however, the longer warranty in years made the difference as well as the staffs concern and follow through was excellent.

The excellent service began with Ryan, who surveyed our roof and furnished us with a detailed work estimate. Ryan's expertise in construction and the roof replacement process was evident. Tina provided us with details, which addressed the material delivery that was executed as planned. When construction began, Jason coordinated the construction effort with Juan and his experienced crew of skilled craftsman. Keen attention was given to protect our shrubbery, patio and HVAC units. We were more than impressed with the quality workmanship and professionalism throughout this entire process that ranged from sales to completion. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Peak Roofing Contractors to our neighbors and friends.
